【教学目标】After learning the content of this period, students’ creative, comprehensive and consolidating abilities will be developed by reading the text step by step, guided by different exercises arranged from lower levels to higher levels.

【教学过程】

Step 1 Lead in

  Watch a video about Aids. Get the students to know something about Aids.

Step 2 Skimming

1. Skim the whole text and try to divide it into two parts.

Step 3 Scanning

1. Get the main idea of each part.

Read through Part one and try to get some information about Aids of each paragraph.

Make a list to help the students get to know the basic information about Aids.
